With over a decade of professional experience across diverse roles, my journey took a transformative turn after a major accident left me struggling with chronic back pain. Yoga became my path to healing — and what began as therapy soon became my calling.


Today, after 3 years of teaching yoga globally, I help people achieve weight loss, improved mobility, and lasting relief from pain through mindful, science-backed yoga practices.
